Handling new territory

See, when it comes to any new territory, one requires knowledge about local rules and regulations, branch office or affiliates, market research etc. In our profession one may get clients from any corners of india or world. But the client must repose trust that his work would be done. For that one must have good name, reaources and competency like deloitte, pwc, KPMG etc.

My advice to upcoming professionals

In india percentage of younger generaon is high and it will increase. One who wants to enter must gain exposure of less touched areas like transfer pricing, international taxation etc. One who wants to get into traditional field like audit, taxation must get thorough with area. I think there must demand all time from banks

Effect of sales on an organization

Sales requires lots of marketing and research. In our profession marketing is prhibited. So what matters is clients satisfaction. One client's satisfaction may bring in more clients. India's public is very social and before giving work they generally enquire about image of company from others.

Comparing Online sales with hardcore sales

I think hordcore sales is better. When i dont have time and i require spare things then only i will go for online sales. Most people in india do not have knowledge of online shopping. They prefer what they usually do including me. People think they might get different product or might be cheated. I think one should be made aware of the advantage of online shopping and there shoulf be provision like if people get something different then there must be local outlet where they can change in person or like else. think

Current Job description

Right now i am working as an audit manager. My work involves carrying out tax audit, Statutory audit and mvat audit. I am leading a team of 3 persons in auditing., my firm is a small firm but it has provided me an opportunity of taking initiative, innovating and leading at an early stage. The only limiting factor is scope of work and income growth. That's why i am looking for a new job.

I am not experienced to that extent to forsee but i hope to see rise in demand of CA. New CAs will be more competent due to ICAI steps to bring soft skills in students. CA course still need one specialisation subject like ICSI or syllabus needs to be more practical oriented

Motivating team members

I tell them time comes and goes, people fail & succeed but one must keep trying their best. I remind them about their skills and their achievement. I encourage them that they can do it. And last i tell them i am with you, one needs someone to support him in the time of dispair.

Education system in India

I also aspire to do in future something for our education system. In my point of view followinv steps are require.
1. Course structure should be practical oriented
2. It should be such which bring out creativity and innovativeness.
3. Course should be compare with others in the world to narrow gap.
4. Our history and culture should be inculcated apart from western culture.
5. Good principles of ethics should be taught.
In short it should bring out a ethical, creative and competant child. ( i think this requires more discussion)

Developing a country

Professionals should play their role in true spirit. If professionals like doctors, lawyers, CAs, Engineers etc work in true spirit they can contribute towards overall development. Like CAs should not advise on tax evasion. Lawyers and judges should not encourage illegitimate matters by helping. etc.

I belong to a traditional gujarati jain family. There are three members in my family. My father is a mechanical engineer. My mother is a housewife. My native place is Ilol, Gujarat.
