Upcoming Trends
This is no longer just a leadership challenge(what good leadership looks like),its is a development challenge (the process of how to grow “bigger” minds)

Manager have become experts on that “what” of leadership ,but novices in the “how” of their own development, Four trends for the future of leadership development 1) more focus  on Development 2) transfer of greater developmental ownership to the individual 3)greater focus on collective rather than individual leadership 4)much greater focus on innovation in leadership development methods

India strategy towards technology development
As my point of view, first change in politics and education, we lot of less resources in India, politicians need to spend money for resources to develop our technology. And other thing people who prefer to do studies in abroad they need come back to India and work for our country.

My goal
My long-term goals involve growing with a company where I can continue to learn, take on additional responsibilities, and      contribute as much of value as I can. I see myself as a top performing employee in a well-established organization, like this one. I plan on enhancing my skills and continuing my involvement in (related) professional associations. Once I gain additional experience, I would like to move on from a technical position to management.

Family background
My father is doing cotton business and my mother Is housewife, I have two brothers and two sisters.
