Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

Married and have two daughters.

Done Differently:

i would create 'masterpieces' in every assignment from the first day of my career instead of doing so after half my career span was over.

Working Life Management:

I don't look at my work as a 'job' but a way of life. Each of my daily activities have their own importance and I do not neglect any one of them...from my daily workouts to handling critical internal meetings, meeting with clients or having a cozy dinner with my wife and children.

Other Thoughts:

Leadership is no more merely a matter of learning techniques, mental formulas, or changing behaviors to suite professional needs. It's a function of what we are and what we possess – within and beyond ourselves. Leadership is, in fact, a function of our consciousness and not only of our personality.

Role Model:

Mahatma Gandhi. No one will ever be able to replicate his amazing strategy of bringing forth a bloodless independence!
