I prefer taking life as it comes, to live a value based life rather than materialistic one.let me testify.It so happened that during transition period of core banking data preparation i was allotted two outside branch and i had to leave my city to perform the bank job and during this period my aged mother also had a stroke and was hospitalized as she was in coma i had to come back to attend her and since she was in coma, so doctors advised that it will take some days to come out of it and so i proceeded back to bank and completed the project of core banking data preparation of the given branch and came back to attend the hospital,it was becoming difficult for me to justify the two responsibility of my job and my parents.The higher authority refused my plea of my aged sick parents and refused to grant my eligible leave by saying everyone has got old parents problem, its a common excuse and then i decided QUIT BANK to be with my BELOVED PARENTS HELP THEM TAKE THEIR LAST JOURNEY OF LIFE.

I AM TRYING TO KEEP MYSELF UPDATED WITH THE TECHNOLOGY CHANGE SPECIALLY IN GRAPHICS DESIGNING WITH THE HELP OF NET AND SELF LEARNING PROGRAM . I AM MUCH EXCITED TO LEARN WITH THE NEW TECH CALLED LEAP MOTION AND 3D PRINTING TECHNOLOGY THAT SHOULD CHANGE A BIT WE USE THINGS AROUND US.I AM MUCH KEEN IN HAVING ONE APPLE COMPUTER FOR MY SELF AS IT IS THE COMPUTER MOST SUITED FOR GRAPHICS DESIGNING AND ANIMATION WORK BUT THESE COMPUTER ARE VERY COSTLY SO I AM TRYING TO WORK HARD TO GENERATE CAPITAL TO MATCH THE REQUIRED BUDGET FOR APPLE COMPUTER AND RELATED SOFTWARE. I HOPE REACH TO THAT DREAM ONE DAY.

Importance of Accounting

ACCOUNTING IS IN SHORT ACTS AS THE IMAGE MIRROR AS WE USE EVERY DAY IN OUR DAILY ROUTINE BEFORE WE LEAVE OUR HOUSE TO STEP OUT IN THE OUTSIDE WORLD SO IT GIVES BOTH A SENSE OF SELF ESTEEM ,CONFIDENCE AND THE DIFFERENCE TO REACH OUT TO MATCH REALITY.

Couple of years from now

SINCE NOW I HAVE LOST BOTH MY PARENTS . MY DAD PASSED AWAY ON 13 DECEMBER 2008 AND MY MOTHER WHO WAS BEDRIDDEN FOR ALMOST FIVE YEARS LEFT US ON 21 NOVEMBER 2012. ALTHOUGH I HAVE MY SPINSTER AUNT AGED 91 TO TAKE CARE WITH SO AM BIT STILL OCCUPIED WITH HER. I AM STILL A LEGIBLE BACHELOR.SO I FIND MY SELF AN UNEMPLOYED BACK ON THE CROSS ROAD LOOKING FOR THE DIRECTION TO TAKE ON . I HAVE MY INCLINATION TO COMPUTER/GRAPHICS/ANIMATION TO DEVELOP CONTENT FOR ICT INDUSTRY.I AM ALSO LOOKING FOR GENUINE HOME BASED WORK TO START WITH IN THE FIELDS OF GRAPHICS/ANIMATION.

What are your thoughts on education system in India. What measures to be taken into consideration to improve its quality?

AM HAPPY WITH CHANGE THAT IS KNOCKING AT DOOR OF THE PRESENT EDUCATION SYSTEM WITH THE INTRODUCTION IF ICT(INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY) AND USE OF SMART BOARD.THE PRESENT GENERATION IS LUCKY TO HAVE THEM AND NOT LIKE US. WE HAD TO ACCEPT IN WHATEVER FORM THE KNOWLEDGE WAS IMPARTED WHETHER CORRECTLY OR OTHERWISE.LET ME TESTIFY HERE I AM A SCIENCE GRADUATE AND WANTED TO BUILD BY CAREER IN MERCHANT NAVY AS I WAS LONGING TO EXPLORING THE WORLD.I EVEN PASSED THE REJEDNDRA DUFFERING THE EXAM REQUIRED, FOR THE CADETS BUT I COULD NOT GO FURTHER AS I WAS APPROACHED BY A MIDDLE MAN ASKING FOR 20 THOUSAND (YR 1980) TO PUT ME THROUGH THE PROCESS I DID'NT HAD THE GUTS TO ASK MY PARENTS OR ANYONE AS THE AMOUNT WAS BEYOND MY REACH.THEN I TRIED BANKING AND GOT THROUGH IN TWO BANKS.THE MORAL IS DURING MY SCHOOLING TIME I WAS TAUGHT SCIENCE BY A TEACHER WHOM I WELL KNOW NOW IS HIMSELF AN ARTS GRADUATE IN BA.THERE WAS BIG DISPARITY IN HOW,WHOM AND WHAT KNOWLEDGE WE ARE IMPARTED AND USE IN LIFE

Important lesson learned

NEVER FORGET YOUR ROOTS FOR IF YOU GET FAR FROM YOUR ROOT IT ONLY NATURAL THAT YOU WILL GET DRIED AND DIE.SO NEVER FORGET YOUR PARENTS NO MATTER HOW EVER BIG YOU MAY HAVE BECOME IN YOUR LIFE AND SUCCEEDED IN ACHIEVING YOUR DESIRE BUT IT ALL STARTED WITH YOUR PARENTS WHO TAUGHT YOU TO TALK AND WALK AND GAVE YOU THE NOURISHMENT BOTH PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL.SO BE ROOTED TO YOUR PARENTS SELFLESS GIVING.

My achievement

I FEEL THAT I WAS A CHOSEN ONE TO BE WITH MY PARENTS TO HELP THEM TAKE THEIR LAST JOURNEY AND TO BE WITH THEM TILL THEIR LAST BREATH.I HAVE NO REGRETS OF LEAVING MY BANK JOB WITH 24 YEARS OF SERVICE PUT IN AND STILL ALMOST 14 YEAR OF SERVICE LEFT TO PUT BUT SINCE MONEY IS NOT THE ONLY THING, AT THAT TIME I NEEDED MORE OF TIME TO BE WITH MY PARENTS WHEN THEY NEEDED ME THE MOST NOT TO SAY I DO'NT NEED MONEY BUT MONEY COULD ALWAYS BE EARNED BUT NOT TIME. SO I TAKE PRIDE THAT I COULD DO THIS BIT FOR MY PARENTS AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THEM AGAIN IF ALMIGHTY DOES BRINGS US BACK TOGETHER INTO THIS WORLD SO THAT WE COULD RELIVE THE MOMENT THAT WE MISSED IN OUR LIVES AND COVER THEM UP A BIT.

Important decision

I AM STILL A LEGIBLE BACHELOR. ALTHOUGH THERE WERE MANY PROPOSAL FOR ME HAVING A SECURED BANK JOB BUT SOMEHOW TO ME THEY WERE NOT APPEALING . I BELIEVE IN HAVING A PARTNER WITH WHOM THE FREQUENCY SHOULD MATCH.YOU SEE THE AVERAGE INDIAN LIFE IS ABOUT SIXTY YEARS. FIRT 20-25 YEARS GOES ON SHAPING YOUR CAREER/STUDIES AND THE NEXT ALMOST 5 YEARS SEARCHING GOOD JOB AND IF YOUR LUCKY TO GET ONE IN TIME YOU LIKE SPEND YOUR INITIAL YEARS ON EARNING ON PLEASURE AND THEN YOU GET HOOKED TO SOMEONE AS PARENTS LIKE TO SEE YOU SETTETLED AND HAVE A FAMILY LIFE. HERE IF THE PARTNER IS OF GOOD ONE THEN everything is heaven or else you know the oposite of it.Then the age catches you by sixty with health issues growing diabetics,pressure,heart related problem and finally you have kicked the bucket.The balance sheet is still empty as what have you lived . You have only struggled to live rather than to live it smooth.YOU SEE YOU CAN NOT CHANGE THE WHOLE WORLD BUT YOU CAN SURELY MAKE YOUR OWN WORLD TO LIVE

Initiative taken to develop a country

Be transparent and committed to the job given and not to get tempted with any kind of favor to give any kind of concession to any one even the immediate boss.Although it may sound impractical in today's world but one should not forget that we are here in this world for a very short time average Indian life is around 60 years and we have to give the final account of our life to the almighty once we leave this world which we all have to do it one day and that day is not certain as to when it will come and therefore it becomes although more important that we should prepare our lives for it and be ready to take it as it comes.So the best policy is to live with whatever comfort zone you are in and try to help improve other peoples life within your means.

Family background

My Grandfather Mr.A.Ambrose a Tamil origin from Nellore came to this city Jabalpur in M.P. with the Tamil battalion during second world war and this Tamil group of people since then settled in this town. My father Joseph Bernabas Ambrose studied in St. Aloysius School and got married to my mother Harriet Francis from Mumbai. We are six brothers Romeo,Stephen,Aloysius,John,Henry and only one sister Marina.They are well settled outside Jabalpur. and since i was working in Bank i stayed back and continued to live with my parents since then.

Biggest challenge faced by accounting professionals

CAN'T SAY TILL THERE IS MORE VALUE ATTACHED TO THE HUMAN FACE THAN TO THE CURRENCY THAT IS CONTROLLING.
