I bring with myself more than 7 years of experience in Learning and Development along with 4 years of experience in Marketing and Operations.
I have worked with companies like Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories (Pharmaceutical Industry), Reliance Industries Limited (Petroleum Sector), and Bharti Group (Centum Learning Limited) and at present in Future Group (working as Learning Specialist in FHDL)

style of training. I am a facilitator, a guide to people to "get to where they want to be" -making people believe in themselves, their abilities and their visions. I believe in continuous development and growth which is application centric.

Important lesson learned

Never Give Up.There will be some events and activities which will shatter you. Under this position try to Relax never give up.Take your steps back word. This doesn't mean you are a coward. On the contrary you are a Lion who is taking few steps back ward to jump back and that too with a greater momentum.Always remember you are a Cosmos who has an immense potential.There will be Earthquakes, Floods and other Similar Disasters But never give up.Keep flowing and recognize yourself even if there is no one with you, recognition from others will follow .

Thoughts on Education system of our country

Education System In Our Country Is improving , but needs greater thrust. We should concentrate more upon Exponential learning then concentrating only upon Class room teaching.Education in itself is a development for the society provided with educate ourselves at first and then others about social well being and knowledge.
