Thoughts on Education system of our country
In today’s world, the demand for highly educated personnel in the business world is higher than ever before. There is a big competition for places in most jobs, as today’s employers want to be guaranteed the ‘best deal’ possible, hence the selection process they choose has over the years become more tedious. Competition for jobs is so high nowadays that even someone with a bachelor’s degree may not be guaranteed an ‘ideal’ job. It is now very important for today’s college student to ensure he or she does his or her best to ensure they learn as much as possible so that they can be guaranteed an ideal job for themselves.
To be considered for a job in this day and age, one now needs to have experience in whatever field he or she is looking to work in; whether it be a summer internship, or a brief stint of past employment at a company of similar status. Most companies have now stepped up their recruiting criteria,as they look to increase production all around. This now requires the college.
Influenced by
Teachers mold the lives that they influence. Lessons learned from teachers remain with their students throughout life. Teachers that break down barriers and reach into the souls of the students that they are responsible for do not get the recognition or gratitude they have earned. Many teachers are exhausted from their workload and responsibilities. They have their own families, financial and life stresses that challenge them along with everyone else. We should always respect our teachers. Teachers need encouragement and support from the community to feel that their devotion to students is appreciated.

Socrates was an example of a good teacher. He considered himself a learner as well as a teacher. For Socrates, love and friendship were the proper contexts for the pursuit of wisdom and goodness. Socrates saw himself only as a catalyst. He felt it was not his teaching, but actually the power of the Divine which enabled the person he was talking with to improve himself.
Important decision
I have made a decision that I think is the best, but it would take long time to see the result of it.
I have dedicated my life for my son, who is a special need. I left work, school, and gym to stay home with him and give him all my energy, my time, my thoughts, my savings to spend towards his therapy and do whatever is best for him. i am always working with dedication and put my level best.
Initiative to develop a country
Everyone in the country has to be well above the poverty line. There should be plenty of employment opportunity for all, including women and those in rural areas. There has to be basic self-reliance in strategic defence systems, so that external policy is not umbilically connected to countries through the weapons business. Self-reliance is the only answer in the defence sector. Health, education, employment too should reach one and all. There has to be effective action for old-age care. Above all, the nation should have a standing commensurate with its billion people.
Qualities needed to become a successful leader
Most great leaders do not become great by chance. It takes a certain type of individual to become a great leader and there are several things that all great leaders have in common. These things are essential leadership qualities that are required for leaders in all areas of life.

To become a great leader, a person must have the mindset of a leader. So, what exactly do leaders do? This question is often answered quite simply; leaders lead. Do you have the essential leadership qualities needed to be a great leader?

The first essential quality required in a leader is integrity. Integrity is something that explains a person's inner values and a person's integrity is displayed through his outward actions. People tend to respect leaders that display good integrity. It is a character trait that is hard to develop, but is often developed from childhood on.
Magnanimity is another essential quality that simply means to give credit where it is due.
