i was greatly inspired and influenced by my father , because he lead his family and parents and siblings. And His doings made me more interesting and inspiring how to face the problems and recover those.

I think leader must've good communication , piece full and patience nature.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

In India education system very good. we can easily say this by seeing many of foreigners are paying interest and attention to study in india.

I've two measures to improve its quality one is To Ban reservation in education system and another one is provide schools and educational awareness in each and every end of all over india.

Greetings from Ajay Kumar Sana,I'm from sompeta located at srikakulam Dist, Andhra Pradesh. I Completed Graduation(B.Tech-2011) in AITAM,Tekkali with 67% computer Science stream branch.I've completed 12th standard and secondary education in my home town with 89% and 71% of marks respectively.
I've more than 1 year of experience in web development using php, Currently working in Ensis Info Solution Pvt Ltd(Hyderabad).
My hobbies are Playing Cricket ,Listening to Music, Spend time with friends.My strength(s) are Self Learning ,Hardworking ,Self confidence. Participated Actively in National Service Scheme conducted in my college.
