Kalpana(imagination), as my name indicates i do imagine more. Basically am an Electronics and Communication Engineer, completed my masters in Business Administration specializing in HR. Out of my in born nature and people friendly skills i am successfully and Happily working as HR executive in CMMi level 3 company. Am good at Employee relations and welfare.

Career Expectations

I Could see people Choosing few degrees as a fashion course to increase their status in society, so i feel that value of certain courses going down. Its always better to go in what our heart says. There is a great scope for Electronics int he present and it will see a tremendous growth in future too.

View s for better India

Students in the present are pushed into studies of their parents choice and they are forced only to study and score marks. They are not actually achieving the purpose of their education. Value based education imparting Ethics and morality should be imposed in the institutions. Students must realize their importance in society.

Time Management

Time Management, I feel who manages time effectively can be efficient in their productivity. So i prioritize my tasks depending on their importance and urgency. My professional tasks stands first when am scheduling my time. At the same time i do take car that it doesn't affect my personal life to the worse.
