Brief description

My self Satyendra Singh, i have done diploma in Elex. Engg from IERT Allahabad U.P. in 2008 having 87.00 %, got an opporunity to work with TATA Telesevices in a Capus interview when i wan in final year, i started my proffession carreer with TATA (TTSL) in a telecom organization, i had worked there for 3.1 yrs in major Part of Transmission ( taking care of Operation and Maintenace of Tx. , Bandwidth Provisiong, CKT Rerouting, Planning and optimization too, worked at Alcatel 1660, 1662,1642 Muxs and DWDM & DXC Too) in a starting i was in BSC where i was taking care Motorola, ZTE and HUAWEI BSC for 1 yr only after that i got opportunity to work in Transmission due to TATA DOCOMO & Uninor Project, i enjoyed my work there and learned many things, a completed work profile detail also mentioned in Attached CV, after that i have started with Nokia Seiemens Networks GNOC Noida in Transmission Team as A Fault + Configuration Management Engg, here we are taking care of 6 Circle of TATA DOCOMO as well as i started my Degee also from AMIE and completed section A with 90 % marks, i also applied in section B exams too.

Challenges in job

In Transmission a big challenge is that, you should be ready to handle a big outage whenever it happened at that time u have a capabilities to handle the pressure as well as try to restores the Network soon via Rerouting of CKTs, a big challenge which i feel in my job profile and from this challenge we learn many thinks and hardly work in pressure as well as handle the situation with deeply knowledge and sincerely too

Job made easy

Hard work and deep Knowledge in Transmission will help us to trouble shoot the fault and restored in Down sites/ckts of any stream/line rate it may be 2 mbps/stm/ethernet too,

Upcoming trends

ya its software updation which makes task easy of any level, like that Ckts will auto reroute and got the exact path which have no issue via this a little manpower will take care of PAN India work fron NOC/GNOC offices,

My point of view

No, its good we are adopting the required product from outside and start to work on it, actually for production of any equipment/product it requires many more things, but still we are happy that we understands their whole technology and working well on those products.

My goals

My Targets are- First complete to degree in Engg keeping my job continuting too,A deep knowledge and good techincal skill in the field of Transmission on different different equipment and products too, my target that i will be a Transmission specialist in next 5 year and support at L2 & L3 Level from TAC and also will handle a big team under me who will take care of all type of Fualt rectification capability in the Field of Transmission.

Family background

Yes, I have no brother and three sister, one is elder than me and got married too , she bless with on daughter having 5 years old, My father is a farmer and My Role Model too, i respect my parents a lot, also i belongs from a join family , My father has 2 brothers, my younger sister one is doing graduation in B.A. and one is doing diploma from Electrical Engg. from Hewett Polytechnic from Lucknow, i have a complete responsibility of her educational expanses and as well as all type of her requirement,

In this field many more points for his/her to do and to not to do,
very tough to start from diploma level, first complete degree then start to work in professional carrier.
