Achieveing the target

My objective has always been focused to achieve the target in the quickest time. Have switched over totally different segments from Healthcare, textiles, pharmaceutical & Architecture. Employees ranging from 10 in number to over 600. As opportunities came my way, i have taken them fwd without bonds.
Growth Strategy:
Am studying to receive an MBA degree while with this job. Am also on the lookout for further studies that could help and assist my growth in mutual interest.
Contribution to the field
Working at M/s Tushar Desai Associates, Mumbai - An architectural, Interior Designing firm also ubdertaking Turnkey projects.
In charge of all office administration, complete HR, office policies, sourcing, negotiating price, purchase, and recruitment of staff.
Plans For The Future:
1) In an organization that would be able to utilize my productivity to its advantage and compensate me accordingly, so i could be able:
a) to provide the best education and comforts to my son presently in Std-II
b) to spend quality time with my wife
c) provide a comfortable lifestyle
Role Model:
My role model is the principle architect in my present job.
He has inspired me to put in quality effort and to remain focussed at work and this is how he has acheived to be a good father, husband, son and a promising leader - from scratch and by his own efforts without receiving a kitty from home.

Done Differently:
1) Deal with the dishonest person in a different manner
2) If any person is observed taking advantage, would deal and interact differently.
3) Would get to the root with documented evidence and then disclose to the boss
4) Would keep boss informed not just to accept hearsay from others
