Working as a Manager -Logistics with following responsibilities:
To manage the transportation of all outgoing/incoming dispatches
it may related to direct customers sale, project, purchase & export
etc...To finalize the annual contract with transporters, CHA & forwarders.To manage the min inventory level of Finished goods along with w/house inventory of various stations. Proper co ordination with PPC and production for better planing to meet customer;s requirement as per their schedule. I also keep involvement in all department if there is any problem.

You are right , Leader must have always positive mood and have so dominant power to influence others as per their guideline. I have full of charismatic energy which help me to control even in adverse conditioned at any level.

My advice

It is bitter but true now a days guys have no charm and dominant personalty even though they have most qualified. I would suggest all the upcoming leader pl focus on personalty trait along with study. And also should have dominant quality to handle the workforce with their high intellectual level and dynamics charm on the whole personalty.

Important career decision

To choose my carrier in pvt limited field with executive of quality analyst but immediate after a year of my tenure in quality, I have been proposed my boss to look after the logistics department as if some one of that department has quit the job without any reason and company start to face problem. I have some doubt to accept the proposal but after discussed my wife i have decide to accept this proposal,. Now I am performing best as of my expectoration.

My view on India technology development

I agreed with this : reason i am looking talented candidates are moving to abroad to get better packages because MNC are paying good package as compare to Indian. We must try to retain such talented force by make availing the good packages like MNC and sure we will be able to manufacturing our own techno product like japaneese companies.....

Family background

I have my wife blessed with 2 sons , first studying 11th and second one is in 5th class. My wife runs her own beauty clinic which is very much height in Gwalior. I lives in a joint family. My father was a retired Major in deference, expired in 2003. my mother is house wife and keep blessing all members of families.
