Language with embedded systems
I think Embedded C, C++, RTOS is being widely used across the VLSI Design Industry. If you are talking VLSI, then System Verilog ( Lanuage) and Methodolies like OVM ( Open Verification Methodology) and UVM ( Universal Verification Methodology) would be driving the upcoming technologies and products

Currently, I am leading the talent acquisition activities by providing leadership and management to the overall recruitment of VLSI Professionals (Complete life cycle)
My journey in corporate world
My Corporate Journey has been excellent.
I came across many people who are Born leaders, Motivators, Excellent Orators and most importantly they are knowledge bank and they feel like sharing the knowledge they have. Be Positive, Be Ethical & Be Professional since in the industry is small and well -connected here reputation travel faster than your name.
My Important role
Teamwork is essential in almost any work environment and I certainly very much enjoy working with others it reduces the burden of work of your co-worker. The latest example was when we had a merger and the company was in expansion phase, we collaborated as one team to make it a seamless transition!

I have two role models:
1. Rajiv Bajaj: for his outstanding leardership skills and the way he has transformed Bajaj Auto into a brand and 2.) Vivek Pawar, CEO of Sankalp Semiconductors. He is the one who will inspire confidence in all the employees. He is Exceptional orator and motivates you beyond you & your scope of work
