Couple of years from now
I can clearly see myself doing the same thing what I am doing now for some more customer,i.e. designing enterprise solution for them and deliver with best quality.
My strongest skill
One of the strongest traits of myself I can say is the way I deal with customer. I always keep their interest in front while talking to them and design the solution which suit them best. Technically speaking, I think mapping business requirement with java/j2ee concepts to the detail level is my strength. I also suggest cost-effective solutions with in the existing framework to customer which they always appreciate.
My family background
I belong to middle class family from Varanasi. My father is a well-established Tax consultant and mother is a house wife. I am the eldest of three siblings. My younger sister is post graduate in Hindi and brother is a mechanical engineer. I am married for two years now and have a one year old baby boy. My wife is a post graduate in Food and nutrition and was an intern doing Dietician role in hospital before marriage. All I can say is my parents always insist of better education in all of the children since start and it is because of their continuous effort, all of us are well settled.
Thoughts on Education system of our country
This is somewhat very serious topic to me and I usually have clear cut thought in mind about this. First of all public education system is of very poor quality. Also, government schools are having week infrastructure and private schools are costly and out of reach of the poor. Even teachers are either not well qualified or not well paid and thus not putting any effort in teaching.

To improve the situation, first of all teaching profession should be given the status comparable to doctor, lawyer etc. ALso children must be allowed to choose subject as per their interests. Education should be learning centric, not exam centric.
More about myself
Only thing I want to suggest youngsters (as I saw and feel these things when I start as a fresher in industry) is don't just work for getting paid. Work for yourself, try and implement what you have learnt in your graduation and last but not the least work in the area of your passion. Do what you like doing and be an expert in your field.
My role model
Actually, there have not been any single role model for me. I try to learn from everybody I meet daily and try to increase my knowledge base on daily basis. yes, there are some books which inspires me the most such as, Who will cry when you die, Eat that frog.
Brief description about me
I did the Masters in computer application from BIT Mesra before starting my career as a java developer with Satyam Computers. After I worked as a developer and then Senior developer in Barti-Airtel project during my 3+ years of stint with Satyam, I switched to CSC Singapore for some career progression. In between, I did some java certification such as SCJP, SCWCD, and also did IBM websphere portal certifications to build my profile. Currently, working as a Java Architect/Tech Lead with NCS, Singapore and continue to deliver to customer as best as possible. I am glad that I have been known to take initiative and never discourage team to take any decision in the benefit of team. My current customer, John Wiley & Sons, always been appreciative of my contribution toward their project and promoted me too.
My achievements
Not as such, But i treasure some such as scoring 96% in 12th Maths, getting campus placement etc. Also what I practice and advice others to also practice is Just go and help others when they are in need. It will give you enough sense of confidence and also raise your self-respect. Like Mr Murthy (Infosys mentor) said - Do what ever it take for you to sleep well in the night.
Qualities needed to become a successful leader
What all I can say is to get success in your life, just follow what other successful people are doing. Be human first before you be a leader. Eventually leader should take all the blame in case of failure and should not be there to take credit in case of success. That's all.
Important lesson learned
WHat I learn from life is we do mistake a lot, but the biggest mistake is not to take a lesson from mistake. So I always try new things and do mistake, making sure i am not doing similar nature of mistake all the time.
Degree that I recommend
There are lot of degree/certification that I want to do and I already have plan for that. Going forward, I would also like to do project management certification to give boost to my career.
Influenced by
All the person, who never gave up in their life inspires me a lot. I always look for such kind of person in wiki/google and try to learn from them.
Important decision
There are lot of decisions I took at certain point in my life and today I can say that all goes correct up to some point. First I haven't wasted my one year to prepare for IIT's and took admission in BCA. This was a decider in my life as I got introduced to Java/J2ee and decided to be a java expert. Second major decision was to withdraw admission from one of the college to wait for my admission result of BIT Mesra. This was also a decider as I got the campus placement and my career starte a a java developer from Satyam.
