I was brought by mothers family since my father has passed away when I was 3 months old,my eldest sister passed away recently,now I have 2 elder brothers&one elder sister,I am married, I have a daughter married & living in Irving Texas &a son working in TCS Chennai India,he is to be married

I have worked in 3 companies in Mumbai,3 companies in Chennai,on deputation I was in Nigeria PHRC for 2+ years through Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited for +25 years,finally +2years in QATAR GAS.now I am not employed.

In Oil Refineries Gasoline is obtained from CRU,where paraffins are converted to aromatics&cyclic compounds.In LAB units paraffins of SK are taken &non paraffin stock (same as CRU)not sold.

ASK them to visit process &lab units,learn their problems,cost of operations to explain to the customers and give them the opportunity visit the various units and look for improvements in all units for the betterment of the organization.I used to visit all departments after my shift in CPCL

keep high targets in the earlier &finish at the earliest so that additional sales are for sure profit,search for new customers,find the competitors product quality & inform manufacturing&technical services to improve further,look for exporting,ask their problems and resolve in discussions
