Initiative to develop a country

Couple of years from now

I really don't see myself any thing different in a couple of years now but surely work hard and sincere with honesty so that i need not be a burden to any one. Making others free from my burden is the foremost outcome that i always would like to see in my life.

I am an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur has over 30 years of rich experience working in the organizations of international repute in overseeing HRM beyond Human Resource and Work Relation Management. I am a strategic planner to support HR intervention for achieving corporate goals through total organizational transformation, a keen communicator to relate to people across the levels for achieving desired organizational objectives.
