Reliance Retail Names Srivats TS as New Marketing Head

Reliance Retail has appointed Srivats TS as its new Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing, marking a key leadership addition as the company continues to scale its brand and consumer initiatives. Srivats most recently served as Vice President of Marketing at Netflix, where he played a major role in shaping the streaming platform’s brand presence in India.
Srivats brings more than a decade of marketing experience across global brands. He began his career with an internship at Hindustan Unilever, gaining early exposure to consumer insights and brand strategy. He later joined Nokia, where he rose to the role of Marketing Manager, Brand Activation.
At Nokia, Srivats led end-to-end campaign development and managed brand messaging across television, print, digital, radio and retail channels. He also handled major product launches, creative strategy and agency partnerships, helping strengthen the company’s brand footprint during a critical growth period.
His move to Reliance Retail comes at a time when the company is expanding its presence across fashion, grocery, consumer electronics, and e-commerce. As SVP and Head of Marketing, Srivats is expected to drive stronger storytelling, sharper brand identity and integrated campaigns across the company’s diverse portfolio.
