Kaushalya Logistics Limited has appointed Rajendra Singh Shekhawat as its new Chief Executive Officer, marking a major leadership move for the company as it scales its cement supply chain operations. With more than 24 years of experience in top cement and logistics-driven organizations, Shekhawat steps in with a strong background in operational excellence and strategic transformation.

His career includes senior leadership roles such as Assistant Vice President - Logistics & Packing at Wonder Cement and Vice President & Head of Logistics at J.K. Cement. Over the years, he has led large logistics operations, optimized supply chains, strengthened distribution systems, and delivered major cost-efficiency initiatives. His deep understanding of logistics behavior, customer ecosystems, and operational challenges across key industrial markets adds significant strength to his new role. He has also built successful teams, supported logistics start-ups, and implemented systems that drive consistent value.

As CEO, Shekhawat will oversee Kaushalya Logistics’ growth strategy, CFA network expansion, and collaborations with leading cement brands. His focus will be on improving distribution efficiency, enhancing process transparency, and building a scalable, technology-driven supply chain.

Welcoming him to the company, Managing Director Uddhav Poddar said the appointment comes at an important time as the company expands its operations. He added that Shekhawat’s strong industry understanding and practical, on-ground approach will bring sharper direction, accountability, and execution strength.
