Dr. Mohan Gopinath, Prof, HRM, Alliance Business School
       Dr. Gopinath holds a BA (Hons) degree and a Masters degree in English from St Stephen's College - Delhi University, where he later joined as a faculty. After a two years stint in the college, he joined the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, and worked as a senior level banker for over 20 years in India, UK and Hong Kong. Subsequently he left the industry and worked for a PhD degree which he obtained from Omani University on the topic, Organizational Learning (in the banking industry). After obtaining his doctoral degree, he worked as a management consultant in India and the Middle East. During this period he worked as a lead consultant for a World Bank funded Institutional Development Study conducted for the Andhra Pradesh Forest Department.
