My important career decision
No. I always think that all my decisions were made because I think it is good for me and the people around. If something went wrong along the way I will always consider it as a good experience. When I make a mistake in making a decision I don't regret it I learn from it and will not do it again.
Goals and Ambitions
I see myself progressing in my field as well as in the company, learning new skills to the benefit of the company. I find this job very challenging and motivating. I can see many challenges ahead and therefore, willing to invest my five years time learning all aspects of the job towards professional advancement. "
My role model
Great response....Honoring and inspiring are two different things for me though. While I myself, honor my parents more than anything, I don't feel the same way with my inspiration. Our parents made lots of mistakes, well mine did anyway! After thinking about this a little bit with regards to Christopher Cop, I don't think you can have just one. Guess it all depends on what you think "Role Model" means. Love you Mom and Dad!
My advice
Everyone's workplace is a little different, but when it boils down to it, we all face the same set of challenges at a new job. You'll probably need to start at the bottom of the totem pole even if you're an experienced worker, and integrating yourself into the company culture is a lot harder than you think. Keeping your expectations in check is a good place to start.
Managing professional as well as personal life
After getting engaged the behaviour of my boss should be completely change..
He is a very good person, but after knowing about this, the situation of office totally changed. There is so much leave issues as well as now my each minute has been counted.. i am sufficiently complete my hours then also..
I can understand that after knowing that one employee will leave company after a year this reaction is obvious but.. it affects in my personal life..
I can;t get the leaves which i deserve... n now they decided not to allow phone calls and mobile in the company.

Daily i complete my work efficiently, i had never sacrifice my work for my personal life, for me professional life is first... but now i can\'t make the balance.

Being different
I know from my experience of delivering training programs and seminars on improving confidence and self esteem, that when participants are asked to state just five of their best qualities a hushed embarrassment fills the room. "I don't know," is the most common response.

Conversely, we're all a lot better at listing our faults and failings and can get onto that task without any difficulty! It's like most of us haven't even dared to think about the question, "What's good about me?" - if that's you, then it's even more important that you read on.
