My family background

I belong to family , where ethics are most important. My parents taught me to always respects your elders and younger. My father is an Ex-Army Retrd person , My Mother is house wife who support my father in his every aspects of life in every stage where he wants her to support him, so that there children’s becomes strong enough to lead the life .My sister: she is working at Good profile with one of the Big conglomerate named AbbottIndia at Mumbai head Quarter, as Group Product Manager she is Graduate in B.Phrama and Ex-MBA from IIT Powai.My sister Husaband he is working too with same company at good profile

Thoughts on Education system of our country

Seen improvement like few groups to come forward; Teach India etc.
I am looking for more exploration , like the groups UNICEF , CRY they should come up and explore new areas, remote location too like in Jharkhand, Bhiar, Orrisa , Westbengal, every district if possible.

I don’t know , I just make my own path and walk . I m not Aim less but I make my goal’s move forward once i achieved i desire, then move to next one.

My strongest skill

Once any one or you start a working on something even its your work project anything, don't be afraid of failure and don't abandon it. People who work sincerely are the happiest. As in my last 29 years I usually didn’t take any right decisions I mean I usually confuse with my mull-ti skills or due to my education ,then I thought that from now I just take the decisions and then make them right.

Important lesson learned

Bitter but true : Never believe any person , just believe in yourself and your work. Though its business or any thing if u get hurts then that thing will drain the whole energy of you so better u should be careful and trust only yourself for anything.

Initiative to develop a country

First we need to look that India is already a developed country , just we have to change our vision . I m sure you will laugh but its true , just b’coz of our bureaucracy and law system we are helpless. Else why our own professional from India works in other country, b’coz they didn’t get chance to work on the platform they are looking for in India.

Little children those are homeless , who don’t get there usual happy life.I regularly visit Anathasshram and tried to help little children's special who are 0 to 6 months and 6 to 12 months age …I really feel bad , as we people have lot to offer but still these continues…why.

My Role model is My Father , as he told and taught me how to fight with life and survive. Kismat aapke haatho mein hoti hai aapki lakiron mein nahi.Sapne uunhi ke saach hoteh hai jinke sapno mein jaan hoti hai , paankh hone see kuch nahi hotah , hauslo see uddan hoti hai.

Degree that I recommend

Education or degree is just a degree or certification in term of knowledge, I belive on knowledge sharing and free teaching. Just think most professional are now studied something else and working somewhere else like studied Engineering and working in Bank after completing MBA from some Institute...People have to work and think on what they want from there career , life !

Brief description about me

I m B.Tech In Mining from VNIT, Nagpur actually its NIT Nagpur , 2005, then i got selected in Hindustan copper Ltd , Rajasthan. while working i think to pursue the Project management course so get registered my self for PG course in Project Management in continuation with my Job , In year 2007 i got selected in Steel Authority of india ltd, since then i m working there and completed my other education EX-MBA from IIM Calcutta, 2010 and also completed my CFA(Chartered Financial Analyst)in 2012.I believe on Learning from my and other mistakes. Realize that everything is a lesson. Own my choices and mistakes, and be willing to take the necessary steps to improve upon them. Because we are the only one who can directly control the outcome of our life. Be honest about what’s right, as well as what needs to be changed. Be honest about what I want to achieve and who you want to become. Be honest with every aspect of my life, always. Because we are the one person can forever count on.
