Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
I belong to a below middle class family - staying at Hyderabad with my wife and two sons - eldest son is a SWE working with Infosys and second son just completed +2 and planning to get into engineering course
Career Profile:
I was engaged in a MNC Pharma marketing for about 2 decades with a travelling of more than 20 days in a month - Now I am confined to a stationery job looking after Global Partnerships for a Social Enterprise
Job Profile:
My job responsibility is basically fund raising for social objectives - we have partnerships with Organizations/Trusts from various Sectors - My role is resource mobilization, Donor Servicing, submission of Proposals/Budgets/Reports etc.,
The Journey So Far:
I really enjoyed while I was in Pharma marketing where every day you will have new experience, new acquittances, new roles to play, new opportunities, win win situations - I got rare opportunity to associate with different people from different walks of life with unpredictable behaviours
Degrees That Matter:
Degrees/Certifications will give you only theoritical knowledge - Experience will provide a real life application of acquired knowledge - Now I am at the fag end of my career, my focus is to help those aspiring youngsters in various professional and personal fronts

Be sincere and honest to what you have committed to the Organization - Put your best of efforts for the prosperity of your Organization - Be open to accept any additional responsibilities, which I feel are learning platforms for new things

Now organizations have become over ambitious - Human element is getting replaced by softwares/hardwares - Phenomenoal cultural change in man management aspect - long term goals are getting substituted by short term gains
Working Life Management:
I have different slots for my professional area, personal area and family area - I will never intermix them
