Difficulties in web development.

The most important part is getting clients to recognize my potential, i have developed plenty of websites but most of time i get calls for website development but conversion to client never takes place.

Tell us about your Web Application?

I work as Front End / UI Designer and code in HTML/CSS. Am building an ecommerce portal for customised boquets, will be built in PHP with backend admin panel, option for printing messages on customised cards.

Creation of Websites

I keep looking for the latest trends in web design and keep looking for websites created by foreign designers who innovate in CSS/HTML with amazing layouts clean and to the point.

Your essential decisions.

I was initially planning to do engineering, but took decision to pursue computer science, but software programming didn't interest me, so switched to website design which got me going, and now have more than 2 years of good experience in web, also started my own business

How it improves web application?

PHP is most widely based web technology its best when it comes to building websites which include user information and got plenty of advantages too.
Also Jquery & CSS to improve overall look and get in better features.

Work in a different way

I would concentrate on getting basics right rather than trying to do too many things and not focus on important ones

What additional skills do you have?

Likewise others concentrate on just one aspect of website design eg. design, but my experience is related everything that goes into making a good website, right from design to implementation to marketing to analytics, i manage it all

Challenges in current Role

In my current job learning something new on job doesn't happen, its more of data entry kind of job with lesser work of web design, also though we have team of designers work is always delayed and then deadlines dont meet.

My current role is more of Data Entry Operator with hint of web design.

After Five Years

Five years from now look to see myself well establish in my role as UI designer with good enough experience to design layouts easily and effectively, also maybe see my freelance business grow into a company.

Your Accomplishment

I have successfully designed and developed 5 websites entirely by myself.
Also website i built for my client got him 1200 users in less than 2 months and also pageviews good enough to earn him ads from brands like HDFC, FutureBazaar.

Interview Tips

Be positive, make a list of your qualities and capabilities, you should be able to handle to work in worse of situations, patience, good communication skills, good knowledge on latest trends

Deadlines

Handling pressure depends on how important the work is, if it has to go tomorrow, sitting overtime and getting it done is best option or maybe ask your seniors for enough of time to complete the work.

Multiple Deadlines mostly happen during season time.

I love photography, so go out to cover events like motorshows, nature.
Also would browse online and read more and informate myself on latest

Sucess is when you see that the work you do benefits the receiver, not fully measure up to my defnition but will get there soon
