Beware Indian E-Retailers, Google To Soon Pick Out Bad Merchants

When comparing the growth between internet users in India and consumer confidence, it was found that the latter aspect is failing to complement the former one. This indicated that the Indian e-commerce is still in a very nascent stage in aspects of E-Shopping while comparing it with other countries.

Analysts feel that poor customer experience is because of the aggravated growth of the Indian startup ecosystem. Emergence of countless number of E-Stores in India is failing to match customers’ expectations. Young generation entrepreneurs are aggressive and attached towards fame, finance and funding missing the most valuable identity of a satisfied customer.

On the other side, e-retailers like Jabong, eBay, FlipKart, and a few others are taking every possible move towards customers’ confidence.

But Google does not seem to have an easy approach here as finding out those bad merchants is not a cakewalk at all. Search giants need to add on more signals to find them out. Matt Cutt has said that such policies are being worked out. However, with such anti spam policies, against bad E-Stores, E-Shopping experience is definitely bound to adopt and to adore.
