Sharad Pant a well-rounded and diversified individual is the founder & Director of the Human & Environment Care Association, India. He has 14 years of experience and has worked in more than 6 States of India & West African countries as a development consultant. He had worked as Journalist & now recognized as renowned blog writer.

Mr. Sharad Pant has extensive experience in the field of sustainability starting with higher education, professional practice, social entrepreneurship and non profit organizational efforts; he has also worked on Value chin in Agriculture & Fishing sector around the world, and conducted research for. Mr. Sharad Pant is also collaborating with many world renowned individuals and companies on sustainable environmental projects in the India and Africa to create green livelihood, green jobs promote education; create healthier prosperous lives and opportunities for the India & African Nations and the rest of the world.

Couple of years from now

In a couple of years i am going to develop chain of social enterprises these chain includes breakfast points which will provide a healthy breakfast to general people in cheap rate. Also i am going to start enterprise on pre-cast technology which will improve the shabby housing condition in rural area. Also i have to develop Self Reliant housing Colony which will fulfill its basic need (water , electricity and cooking Gas) without any outer support.

Strong leadership and motivational skill. habit of finding out solution on every problem. I have trust that there is nothing impossible if there is zeal to do the things.
