Brief description about me
At 19, its time to realize ones dreams. With passion to achieve the very best, to do the best through academics with focus on career – to make parents and country proud. This just sums up ME. The seed to be creative from a tender age of 3 led to my initiation into Photography- a creative field having no boundaries sowed the grain in me to be expressive in my thoughts. After consistently brilliant academics throughout my secondary education, I appropriately joined an Advanced Diploma Course in Multimedia, in pursuit of my dreams. A strong inclination for Art induced me to enroll at the Abhinav Kala Mahavidyalaya after my secondary education to help me further my ambition. Films on the other hand offered possibilities to correct mistakes and to achieve a singular final impact. I was thus drawn to the field of cinema. I took to viewing films and also attending film festivals. I soon realized I could set up a small team and create my own film. And since then it all started....
Couple of years from now
I am very much passionate about learning new things throughout my life, after 5-10 years also I want to keep it up this passion with more energy. I see myself as more knowledgeable, more skilled, more hardworking and at a position in a company, where the organisation will not want to loose me at any cost. In these coming years, I'd love to have increased my skill level enough that I'm able to train others how to do this work. I love this work, and I've found that I really enjoy mentoring colleagues, so I'd be thrilled to be able to combine the two "continuing to work in a role like this one, but with a training or mentoring component to it". I find many people eager to learn, but getting lackluster training, so I want to be the person that trains them to be professional, effective, efficient and responsible.
Ensuring success
"Many years ago I learned an important lesson from my BROTHER, who was my first supervisor and really became my most important mentor. He told me his secret to success was to 'Look at each day as a new opportunity to be your very best. Set high goals, be honest, never say no, and work with people who share your passion for doing their best.' I've always remembered that advice and try to live it every day. I am very self motivated, determined and honest. I really love what I do and I try to surround myself with people who share similar passions. I thrive on this type of environment.
My role model
There are many people who inspire us. As a child, we think of being an astronaut searching for kryptonite, a biologist searching for rare species or a physicist who aims to decipher the rules of universe or an artist redoing Mona Lisa. Behind each such dream there are heros, real world heros. I myself is the biggest inspiration of my life. Struggling through various phases of life starting from childhood to now, the one thing that I discovered about myself is I am always a very much positive thinker and have good capabilities of handling situations that is being demanded by time. My family has great hands in making me what I'm today. They are my inspiration n my back bone too. They have always taught me, "DREAMS ARE NOT THOSE WHICH COMES WHILE WE ARE SLEEPING, BUT DREAMS ARE THOSE WHEN YOU DON'T SLEEP BEFORE FULLING THEM."
Important lesson learned
“The trouble is if you don’t spend your life yourself, other people spend it for you.” No matter how much suffering a personnel goes through, he never wants to let go of those memories. Failures are the most important lessons in an individual's life.

Thoughts on Education system of our country
The general education system is focused only on examinations rather than training students for the future and really testing their knowledge. Because of this, students are forced to take tests that show only their retention powers, not their actual capacity or knowledge. One way to do this is through public-private partnership. It has succeeded in many sectors, so why not in education? The private sector can develop the institutions and provide infrastructure and the government can build the curriculum and run them. In fact, policymakers, professionals and the public should come together with an aim to build good educational institutions.
My achievements
“Do something now that will make the person you’ll be tomorrow proud.”
I can't say "proud" is the right word, but I did what was truly needed to have a life... The achievement was realizing there was MORE than just that and doing what it took to have a life of my own and finally being "Free To Be Me". I took back my life and made something of it. I took time to learn who I am and what I want to be. I am me and worked hard to be just that.
My strongest skill
I admire and work best with people who are of good character and have integrity. I also think confidence and enthusiasm is positive in any business environment. My strengths are interpersonal skills, and I can usually win people over to my point of view. Also, I have good judgment about people and an intuitive sense of their talents and their ability to contribute to a given problem. "Knowing the professional attributes that employers value most, allows you to position yourself better against the competition."
Important decision
I remember how much shocked my parents were and how much scared I was when I decided to leave home to make a career into a Media field & too in a different city. But, that was the most important decision I had ever made. Once I left home, I learnt the meaning of Independence and Freedom. At first I had felt somewhat uncomfortable of being away from home and away from the parental guidance. Because for the first time I was all by myself. Then I realized I was Independent. There I learnt to take life's important decisions, alone. Freedom or Independence always comes packaged with Discipline. If you miss Discipline, you miss the whole essence of Freedom. So I had to decide what do I want to do in life. Do I want to spend my time just sitting in a room, waiting for an opportunity to walk-in and not doing anything fruitful or do I want to utilize the time and opportunity given to me for shaping up my life. I chose to shape up my life for a successful life and career ahead.
Degree that I recommend
An 'ART' is an inner instinct that everyone is born with. The artist lives to have stories to tell and to learn to tell them well. No degree can really show off the inner artist out of an individual. But today's competitive world believes what's on in Black N' White. So, a Fine Arts Degree would be recommended, as it shows all the essence & genres of this media industry. “The greatest artists express their inner self; an artist paints his rage; a writer pens his fear; a dancer expresses her sadness through movement; and a musician's loneliness echoes in his performance.”
My family background
My family has always been my SOUL, my backbone in every path of this journey called 'LIFE'. With no knowledge, experience & backup of this field, I still pursued my career in Media, wit my family's grace. My dad, graduate by academics; is a Serial Entrepreneur, dealing in Import/Export of Groceries. My Mom, again a graduate; is a home-maker. My younger brother, a PGDBM graduate, runs his own business & my sister who is pursuing here graduation in Engineering. My sister-in-law is a teacher by profession. The real inspiration for all my journey so far comes from my MOM, my BROTHER & my SISTER-IN-LAW
Influenced by
My family gave me a good value system to live up to and my parents gave me the gift of love. That family comes first above all other things and your true friends you can count on one hand. My brother has shown me to be a proud individual and has shown me what to live up to. My sister-in-law have taught me that great things come in small packages and that I would do anything for them, the power of a mothers love. My best friend shows me strength, and solves a problem with a level head, and no bullshit when he really wants to. Each person who has been or is in my life has given me something, if not their love, friendship or a lesson to live by, I take their knowledge with me on my journey through the path I walk and I keep learning each day from what life has to offer. In the vast fish bowl of life, even though one day may not be as good as another, its still an experience none the less.
Qualities needed to become a successful leader
Most great leaders do not become great by CHANCE. It takes a certain type of individual to become a great leader and there are several things that all great leaders have in common. To become a great leader, a person must have the mindset of a leader. So, what exactly do leaders do? This question is often answered quite simply; leaders lead. The first essential quality required in a leader is integrity. Integrity is something that explains a person's inner values and a person's integrity is displayed through his outward actions. It is a character trait that is hard to develop, but is often developed from childhood on. Magnanimity is another essential quality that simply means to give credit where it is due. Communication skills are required for a leader. Finally, a great leader should be inspiring to those around him. He should display a sense of encouragement and should be a positive thinker.
"You don’t need a title to be a leader."
Initiative to develop a country
Why just the Professionals, why not every INDIVIDUAL of this nation.
“India is not a nation, nor a country. It is a subcontinent of nationalities.”
== Muhammad Ali Jinnah
Everyone in the country has to be well above the poverty line. There should be plenty of employment opportunity for all, including women and those in rural areas. There has to be basic self-reliance in strategic defence systems. Health, education, employment too should reach one and all. Above all, the nation should have a standing commensurate with its billion people. We will be remembered only if we give to our younger generation a prosperous and safe India, resulting out of economic prosperity coupled with civilizational heritage.
