Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

I am Joy Sharmila and i am a family of 3. Myself, my husband and a little kid

Career Profile:

previously i was into recruitments and business development, in administration as well. currently working with a e learning company as SME - content development for social science. My role is to create content for social science subject from class 1 to 12 and do QC's find objects and many more

Degrees That Matter:

graduate must, post graduations are appreciated, also depends on job. if it is engineering subject, B.E or B.Tech is required. for science subject BSC is required, it depends

The Journey So Far:

firstly joined in recruitment, then BD and then administration, currently in content. i have learnt and experienced in all fields, experienced in various sectors. i am an al rounder now. well experienced. planning to take up a business. own project.

Other Thoughts:

Problems and ups and downs are always there. problems can never be apart from us, it is like our skin, never can separate. But to over come this, we need strength, knowledge and self determination. must be bold and never give up.have faith in lord and never give up god. he will guide us. Be BRAVE

Prized Accomplishment(s):

Though i am facing heavy tasks, still i have self determination to over come and God as my support.For every problems, there must be a solutions. Search and get that done. NEVER GIVE UP. Today as a 25 year old lady, i have overcome 15lakhs of credit which i had been lost in a business as a single.

The Decisions That Matter

Now planned up to start up a project outsource and continue with business, though i have been faced hard times in business, still i wanted to achieve a lot and i will fight for it until i reach success
