I belong to a middle class family in Kerala. My father was a defence personnel and mother a house wife.

The Journey So Far:
I started my career as a pharma professional and later moved on to the media. I have served in the capacities of an anchor and reporter/editor there. Later as a management researcher, I brought out several edited books and published papers in various publications.
Other Thoughts:
I think its hard work, honesty and attitude that have got me out here. I enjoy my work and strongly believe that you cannot achieve anything without passion and perseverance.
Working Life Management:
I think time management is something which can help you out in this. Besides this, my family is very supportive. Even at times when I feel tired they motivate me to proceed and give my best.
Job Profile:
I currently work as an Assistant Professor at the Christ University Institute of Management, Bangalore. I deal with Decision Sciences. As facilitators, we do our best to mold competent and industry-ready individuals through student-centric learning and mentoring.
Career Profile:
Teaching and mentoring are the key responsibilities. Industry visits, social work etc. are some of the other areas which we partake in.
