Thoughts on Education system of our country
Education should be sharing so that it helps our Nation grow, not selling it.As per my knowledge, at present not all people can approach quality education because of price. All Education Intuitions should provide education at a nominal fee so that all can be educated. Government should look into it and should standardize fee structure.
My family background
I'm married to Shoba 6 years back, she is Housewife and we have a Son called Shreyas. I've a younger brother called Vishnu and he works as HR for a MNC and recently he got married and my Dad is Ex-Govt Employee and Mom is a Homemaker.
Qualities needed to become a successful leader
A person can be a successful Leader once he knows how to Manage People, making a smart decision on difficult times.
Couple of years from now
I want to be a Manager and want to handle a Billion Dollar Project successfully. I want to show the World that Person with Disability is basically More Enabled.
Degree that I recommend
I want to do Executive MBA and want to do PMP.
My achievements
When I was 16 years old,My parents set up a business for me and they don't want me to go out and struggle but I never wanted to go on easy way. I started searching for job but people were not ready to give me a Job because of my disability but I've not given up, After 5 months of searching, at last a small company gave me the job(Call Center Job) but their was challenge like I need to claim the 2nd floor using stairs as no Lift is installed.I worked in that company for 6 months and daily I used to claim the stairs and it was core Night shift. Later I moved to different company and slowly I started realizing back-pain if I sit for while then I started working by standing. I worked in different roles like Tech Support, System Engineer, VMware SME, Bladelogic SME, Etc and now I'm working as Developer cum support for BladeLogic.
Ensuring success
I continue to learn new Technologies and Management Skills. Learn things from the past experience, never repeat mistakes, work smart.
My strongest skill
VMware, BladeLogic Server Automation,etc.
Brief description about me
With a 9 plus years of full time work, I never give up things easily till date, that's the reason I believe I've come so far.I always tried to give the best to my work. I believe in quality work not the quantity.
I worked on different roles in different Companies.Whichever company's I worked, first day I tell my Manager that please treat me as one among the normal person. I don't look for any sympathy. If I come across any issue, I look for a solution from different angles.
example: I can't sit on chair or anything but I never given-up things saying I can't go to work because I can't sit. I found the solution that I can work by standing so from past 8 years I'm working by standing. I'm married for 6 years with Shoba(Home-Maker)and we got a 5 year old Son called Shreyas, studying LKG.I don't depend on anybody, I do all my work myself.
Important lesson learned
I would like to say Never give-up easily, have patience and wait for the right time, give respect to others, these things will help you in the a long way.
