Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
Bring and brought up in Rourkela, Odisha. My father is a technocrat and was working Steel Authority of India limited. My mother is homemaker. I have one elder sister and settled in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
Growth Strategy:
I have been in the field of management since last 15 years and always gives importance to human resource, mentoring and grooming them to be successful. As far as personal growth, development is concerned, I keep updating my skills and be an active participant in seminars, forums.
Working Life Management:
Work is worship and we have been paid to work there is no way to skip. Hence I do plan my work properly and try to manage efficiently so that i should not have to spend extra hours in office. Never carry work to home and discuss office things in home.
Advice For New Professionals:
People should spend as much as possible for reading, knowledge building and should not rush or take shortcuts to grow the ladder. Unless until, you have solid knowledge, you can't sustain in any filed for long term.
Other Thoughts:
My philosophy of life is live and let others live. I am associated with social activities and organizations like cry and city based oldage homes. I do spend time with old age people and try to help them as per my best capabilities. Sponsoring few poor students for study
Role Model:
my role model is A B Bajpai, I am inspired by him. He is a person with dignity, clean personality and honest person. As a leader, he is well respected across party line. Specifically, the way he thinks, answers and resolves the issues.
The Decisions That Matter
I entered in my professional Career in management line and after two years of my Career, I had taken decision to move to Software Industry.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
A lot of things changed during last 15 years, now a days people pretends to be very professional, but they are not. During those days, managers were taking challenges to groom their subordinates and subordinates also follows them. A very cordial and close boding was there.
Plans For The Future:
To be an active Politician.

As usual, i grew in professional life, but I don;t consider those as an accomplishment. However, I would like to say, I could able to educate and help needy people an achievement

As a Manger and Head of dept, am responsible to engineering activities, people management, Career planning, mentoring, at al. Nothing different from my previous job.
Job Profile:
Over 15 years of experience in IT industry from Analysis, Design, Development to complete end to end Delivery Management. During last 15 years, played various roles starting from Project Manager, delivery Manager, Engineering head, et al.
Done Differently:
Definitely not opt for Software Industry, rather go for finance field.
Degrees That Matter:
Definitely engineering degree from reputed college and MBA would be helpful for career advancement.
