Relationship with HR and Top Management
HR plays a very crucial and critical role in sharing information regarding the organisation.HR not only understands the behaviour of an employee towards their work/ tasks however HR professionals also advise CEO's to share information about them as well as about the organisation and its goals, so that they can build a bond/relationship together and they can motivate employees.HR Professional also helps CEO to understand his/her role in the organisation.
Improving Education system
India is still a developing country and i believe Indian Education System is one of the most important reasons as a stumbling block towards its objectives of achieving inclusive growth. We should not only focus on Diploma or Degree, however we should make people understand that what does education actual means so that they can think maturely towards their objectives and taking corrective measures towards their goals.
Attract good people, Retain Better Performers and Advance the Best:
I do not believe in showoff or convincing the people or candidates. As a professional we should educate employees about their expectation, retention or in any other terms.
Pain Points:
for me, if the employees are not working together as a team even after so many team building activities.
Parting Thoughts
As HR Professional, its not necessary that you always tell policies and procedures to employees, yes of course they are mandate and necessary to follow in an organisation but even at times you should understand their concern, and should always try to find an alternative for the employee so that they'll be motivated as well as the organisation will retain a old and experienced employee.
Every organisation has some protocols to follow to maintain the decorum but it does'nt mean that its only for the employer, but it's also for the employee's benefits.
Identifying and Promoting New Leaders:
If you want to identify good leaders for any organisation, i only look 03 things in them...
a. Positive Attitude
b. Positive Attitude
c. Positive Attotude
Current HR Trends:
again would like to say that, I have seen HR's talking always from the employer's prospective and just to complete their daily tasks, but in my opinion that's not a HR job.
Helping to develop the country
I believe we should understand Social and Corporate responsibility so that we professionals not only can share our experiences and ideas even we help a person to achieve something on his own.
HR Challenges:
you need to be very practical while planning for policies and strategies. It should be very competitive while preparing them, you need to think from every prospective whether it should be in company's favour, market value, business prospects, employee benefits and in terms of money prospects too.
Qualities that we Look For While Hiring:
as i said earlier too.. with product knowledge and creative mind only Positive Attitude, Positive Attitude and Positive Attitude
Advice For Fellow HR Leaders:
Be BOTH a value contributor and a game changer
