I have a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Iowa, USA (1986) and a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (1981). I had taught in accredited Universities for 20 years in USA, 2 years in Hong Kong, 7 years in Dubai, and 2 years in India.

Our MBA students are trained predominantly using Case Studies, thus making them suitable for decision making environment in industry and government.
Our students are well equipped to handle business problems in both the Indian context and International context as they analyze both Indian and Harvard Business School cases.

Students are evaluated continuously based on class participations and exams.

Students will not be allowed to sit for final examinations unless they have at least 75% attendance in the classes. The rationale is that unless students attend classes and participate in case discussions, they will not ready for the business world.

Our Ph.D. program is very rigorous through course work, comprehensive examinations, progress seminars, a 9-month optional foreign visitor scholar program, proposal defense, and thesis defense.
