Changes In The Professional Environment:

Current business environment is so competitive that changes must be made on regular basis.Adaptability & flexibility are important part of today professional environment. In today market, we have to keep up to date with the changing market in term of technology, process which was not case decade ago

Job Profile:

For more than 7 years,working in customer support for global base of customers of IN (Intelligent Network),I have handled critical situations, customer outages while facing technical challenges,resolving problems adhering to SLA's. Providing Operations and Deployment support for global customers.

The Journey So Far:

I started my career with a small Indian company in technical customer support role for Unix,Oracle system. I faced many challenges in my career and lost my job in recession but i never gave up and got new job in a MNC. Today i am having 8 years of exp. and working with Alcatel-Lucent as tech Lead.

Working Life Management:

Thanks to the changing technology we have VPN which helped a lot to balance work life. I work from home when needed.

Contribution to the field

Presently working as Tech Lead – IN Customer Project Support for Alcatel-Lucent India Limited & providing support on Intelligent Networks (I.N) for Indian and International customers under given time constraints to meet the agreed Service Level agreement with the customer.

Degrees That Matter:

Technical certification of Unix,Oracle like RHCT, OCA, OCP and project management certification like PMP would be helpfull in my role.

The Decisions That Matter

After working in windows support role for 2+ years, i prepared my self and switched my profile to booming telecom field in Intelligent network support role. Because of that important decision, Today i am working with a top global MNC in Telecom domain.

Career Profile:

Providing operation and deployment support on Alcatel Intelligent Network platform to Indian and International customers under given time constraints to meet the agreed Service Level agreement with the customer. As compared to my previous role, I have more responsibility as IN is heart of telecom.

Family Background

My father is a farmer living in a village in Haryana and my mother is house wife. We are three brothers. My elder brother is in govt job and younger brother is working with ZTE India limited as NSS engineer. My wife is working with a US based KPO in health domain as Analyst-Operation.
