Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
My father late Shri K.P.Singh was DDO in UP Govt and mother was Health Visitor.Now she is retired and presently staying with me.I am eldest of three brothers with two sons.Eldest son is in IT firm and youngest is doing BMS.My younger brother is MD with eye surgeon and youngest is IT engineer.
Done Differently:
If I have to start my career again,I will prefer to be a Mechanical Engineer.Presently,I am an Electrical engineer looking after projects.
Required Reading:
I recommend that upcoming professional to update themselves with latest technology.Regular interactions with subordinates& colleagues help a lot.No specific book is helpful for any professional.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
Completing the assigned project within time scedule without cost overrun.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
Earlier,professional were proud to work on their own.Now,it is a practice to outsource as much as possible.
Job Profile:
I am Project Manager/Coordinator for a upcoming project which is 99.8% completed so far.My job is to monitor each activityevery activity of project closely so as to complete within available resources.
Working Life Management:
Out of 24 hrs,I have to spend more than 16 hrs in my project & balance is for travel & family life.
Other Thoughts:

In my current assignment,I am Project Manager and before that also I was doing drilling project specially electrial.
