Father is Farmer, Mother is House Wife,

Changes In The Professional Environment:
100% curve from my joining as there were no HR in current company, now we have grown very fast and i have six family members in my team
Job Profile:
Handling HR functions like Process Setting, Policy Formulation,Payroll Management, Performance Management System, Training & Development, Event Management, Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Employee Satisfaction Survey, Team Management, Competency Mapping, Employee grievance etc
The Decisions That Matter
I got request from my last company (Collabera) to transfer in Bangalore. I thought on that accepted that, this is the most imp career decisions decision.
Role Model:
My greatest inspiration came from the works & presentation of Mr. Mehul Shah & Rahul Sharma (Director - Collabera). Their constant motivation and passion for what he loved among many other achievements, really inspired me to do the same in my life.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
1. I closed many positions before the closing date
2. Started HR department from scratch and now we are success
Growth Strategy:
A strong leadership team is a critical component of my leadership strategy, and I seek feedback regularly from my leadership team members. By encouraging them to express divergent opinions, I feel that we achieve a better outcome.
Career Profile:
In my previous organization i was reporting to Manager and now i am working as HR Manager, main difference is: here i can take my decision in HR team, and implement HR policy based on organization need.
