Brief description about me

I,Balaji born at Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh. My Highest
Qualification is MCA. Currently i am working with Symbyosis as Senior Software Enginner , having 4.3 years Experience . In Previous companies i lead a group of more than 5 members. I am expert of giving third party software solutions.

Upcoming Trends

Currently all companies of working on mobile technologies i.e
mostly on cross mobile applications so current frameworks such as
Sencha Touch ,Kony Solutions, jQuery Mobile that integrated with
Phonegap make easier to achieve targets. May be next future will be work extensively on HTML5 , cloud Computing to unite servers.

My goal

I would like to design applications on html5 where it seems to be
independent. To upgrade myself in different domains like embedded, wireless , cross platform. My everlasting idea is to design a robotic interface to get all ideas from us and get a desired system. it sense to us " What You Think is What You Get" WYTWYG.

Family background

We are four member small family, My Father ,mom and sister.
Unexpectedly my father passed away on Aug,2012. Mom is home maker , i did marriage to my sister in last month, as my brother in law is a software employee.

My advice to professionals

I would like to suggest every aspirant to put goal in life to
achieve it. Since he/she must cross every hurdle in their life , after
completion of mca in 2008 , i trust my friends who helped me a lot to get success.

Advice to students

I wish to learn new worked technologies in current world, there are many new tools available in market but every tool didn't give right goal to us. The selection would be have life further also.

India strategy on technical development

As per your question , there is one comment from US markets where "Indians Own the tasks but others Own the Projects" . it means indian's interested to complete the projects given but they not yet ready to own products and make dominate the world. Every techie released from universties have only idea to have a job in hand , but they didn't interested to create a new thing , but some people tried to do that we can count them on fingers .
