Views about 'Tech product Introduction is weak among Indians'
From my point of view having technical talent is not only good enough to make tech product. To make a tech product one need a resources,technology, guidance & the most important thing is the easy system to implement any idea. In all the above points the most important point is the easy system of implementation through our govt. which is very rare in India. Recently, I asked one of the leading bank's(state bank of India) customer care about the process of getting SME loan in India nearly 10 days back and he logged my request for the query and he said that in 3 days of period you'll receive a call from our concerned representative but still i din't received any call from the bank and i am still waiting to know that how to get SME loan in India. You can call it as a lazy system.
Challenges faced in job
About my job i can say that the most challenging is get orders from the new companies which is generated by myself of course and also the thing when i explain my costumers about the technical facts of my machines.
As i want to become a entrepreneur and i want to open my own company in nearest future so, i think that the first step to become a good entrepreneur is to be a sales man which gives you lots of internal and external knowledge to run your own company. By working as a sales man you get to know all the pros and cons about running your own business.
My role model
My role model is my mom. who always inspire me doing any thing in my life and guide me towards the leading path. She always tell me that son don't think about others if does bad to you, almighty will punish them and don't distract yourself from your goal.
My second role model is my boss Mr. Sunil Pandita. I like his style of work who let you free to think and let you free to work by your own style. My boss inspires me always.
My achievement
First of all my biggest achievement is to pass the engineering without any backlogs in my academics. Thats it this only is my biggest achievement in my life

The most important career decision is to resign my last company and join as a sales professional to my current company.
My strongest Skill
My strongest professional skill is to grasp the new things, good communication, decision making & concentration to several task at one time which is most important for a sales professionals.
Family Background
My dad is a Govt. employee and my mom has been dedicating her whole life to nurture her children. I have three siblings. one of my sister is self employed and one of my sister is still studying and my brother is doing engineering in electronics from nagpur.
Current Trends
Mainly the plastic field is very much growing across the world. Basically if we talk about the game changing trends in the plastic field are the environment issues, limited storage of the metallic ores. So, by using plastic products we save trees, and mines and lot more
My advice
My advise to the freshers of my field will be keep patient, be calm, be enthusiastic, don't indulge in group of your colleagues for any kind of party etc.
Being different
Being an engineer i can think technically to any aspects of the topics. I can understand technical things very easily compared to any other professionals.

I am a sales & service engineer in a mechanical company in New Delhi. I have done B.E. Electrical & Electronic graduate from Anna University, Chennai. My native is Patna,Bihar. My company is Auxilink Projects and Machinery Private Limited, which deals in manufacturing and trading of machines related to plastic industries. My job profile is to sell the machines related to plastic industry and look forward to the technical issues related to particular machines.
