Well, i am the founder of the company so my responsibilities never ends, basically i have to manage all the projects and assure that the quality is maintained thought and have to study every small detail about the on going projects and latest trends, always trying to come up with something new full of innovation.
I am also responsible for interacting with the clients (not all but few exclusive ones) and bringing new business and doing the marketing for the company along with our business development team, sometimes i am also responsible for guiding my team with my experience and achievements and last but not the least motivating and binding my team because i believe thats what keeps us going as there are ups and downs and when you are running a company you have to take it all and always be good to your team as it gives them hope and security.

Job Profile:

Being the Founder and CEO of the company, my responsibilities are endless from business development to project management and on schedule delivery of our on going projects, i have to manage it all and maintain harmony among my team members and motivate them.

When all my colleagues were looking for jobs. I made a decision to start SunTech Applications with just limited funds and experience.
it was a huge risk for me but i trusted my hard work and had full confidence but not overconfidence.

i belong to a business class family my dad is a Founder and CEO at Sunshine Advertisers and Sunshine group of Banquets, i have always been exposed to corporate culture and have always been taught to lead.
