My advice
I am just want to tell him/her if you want to come in the power generation field they must have basic knowledge about power plant. And also if he/she have lots of interest in this field must have to do the course which are run by the government for thermal power plant training institute like NPTI.

I have choose this career as a thermal power plant engineer is very good because when i take this decision the Power sector is improving very fast and have made good decision at the early stage of my career.
Current Trends
The current trend in our field is that in our country lots of shortage is facing of power and the power generating station are in lined in future and at that time the experienced thermal power plant engineer and other power plant engineer are in demand in future and the growth in this field is very fast as compare to other field.

As an engineer i am very proud to say that i am engineer. And segregate from other it is very simple that we are build the world, also we move the world in our way, because of engineer whole world is survive.

My father has completed his 12th and completed his ITI in Fitter trade. And working in Tata Power.
My self I have completed 12th Sci, Diploma IN Mechanical and also done Piping design From MIT, Also I have completed the Graduation in B S Power engineering from BITS Pillani.
My brother has completed his MSc in computer science and working in JP Morgan.
My sister also completed her Msc in Computer Science and working as a lecturer in College.

Views about 'Tech product Introduction is weak among Indians'
As per technical knowledge we are the best in all the world. But in our country don't recognize that talent and our country doesn't give the opportunity to the new talent. So we are not able to make any tech product. While in other countries are give our engineers what they want and use their talent for developing their country with help of engineers only. In USA NASA has run due to only because of Indian engineers.
Goals and Ambitions
In next five years I have to achieve the highest post in our company with this minimum time frame, which is that I have to achieve the Post of Manager.
