I hail from a Small town in AP, my family is of 4 members, Father (RTD Journalist), Mother is a House wife and a Younger Brother working in UA.

There is lot of change in the Proff env from past 10 years.

In my Quality env, in early 2000, quality was only a COP who is working to find gaps in the process and escalate them to higher management. but today Quality is a Trusted partner for any team.

CSQA, Blackbelt in Sixsigma.

In my Previous role i was defining the processes, now i define and as well look at the implementation of the same.
