Most Rewarding Moment
My most rewarding teaching experience was while working with Bharati vidyapeeths Yashwantrao Mohite institute of Management,Karad. The institute was located in a grampanchayat area. The student were from rural background and many of them were from marathi medium.I statred taking extra classes for communication skills, public speaking and confidence building.Though the classes were voluntary almost all the students attended the classes and took them seriously.I was amazed to see a transformation in them and i am proud that the very same students are at higher positions in large business houses in India and abroad.
Way to motivate Students
I believe that the one who teaches should never stop learning.I try to keep my self abreast with the things happenenig in my subjects both in academics and in industry. I try to relate my subjects to the students every day life experiences so they get connected to the subject. i try to give them a larger pictureof the subject ,their career and their lives
Outlook about increase students’ participation
I strongly believe that teachers can make a big difference in the lives of the students by inculcating in them the spirit of service to the nation and humanity.
My Advice
It was a difficult for us to get good opportunities during our time. Things have changed now, thereare many opportunities now and the aspiring teachers have a choice.I believe that if you really have a passion for teaching and a real interest in the development of the students then only you enter into the teaching profession. The aspirants should have strong knowledge base of their subject and good command on language.Teaching is more of an art than a science.
Strongest Subject
My area of specialisation is Human Resource Management and hence HRM is my strongest subject ,since i have been teaching the same for the last 15 years. I have developed general management expertise too and beside HRM, Strategy and Entrepreneurship are my strong areas.

Life is a learning experience, life teaches you many lessons. one has to keep on learning. I have learned many lessons from life,it is difficult to explain any one.
Most Challenges facing by students
The biggest challenge facing the students is learning life skills and job skills

My priorities
I try to balace my Personal & Professional life. The things which are imporatnat and urgent gets my top priority .Things which are nither important nor urgent gets lowest priority.
Future of Indian Education System
There are rapid changes taking place in the educational sector. The higher education sector will become more industry oriented and flexible. Use of techonology in development and delivery of content will be a major driver.Executive education and skill based education will be in great demand by employed as well as aspiring employees.
Unique way of teaching
The first thing is to revamp the curriculum and the examination system. The second is the delivery of the subject. The teaching should be student centric with emphasis on exposing the students to the industrial world. The system of examination should completely be changed from memory based to practical based as in case of professional examinations of CA,CFA,CIPD,CPF and other professional certifications
Outlook about way to raise quality education
India has the potential and the talent, what is needed is a strong emphasis on skill development and close co-operation between industry and academia. This is what is lacking in the Indian education system. The industry does not hve confidence in the Academicians and the academicians do not belive the industry. We require Universities to venture into business and Industries to start Universities.
