Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

In my family, Apart from me we are 5 members. My father,3 younger sister and 1 younger brother. My mother has been died 4 yrs ago.My father has his own business(Fruit Merchant) and brother is also involved in father business.My 2 sisters are studying in college and 1 sister is in school.

Changes in the industry

There are a lots of changes in QA/Testing industry from the time I started my career with it because now we have a latest and new tools who makes our task easily, effortless and we can increased productivity also. So that we can delivered the good product to the client.

Required Reading

There is lots of websites, books to anyone who wants to make career in QA/Testing domain because you can read this but until unless you knows what actually means of testing, why we do this and what is the reason behind this.What is the impact of testing on the product you can not be a good tester.

When I was join the QA/Testing industry and till I am satisfied with my career.

Parting thoughts

Hmmm. I have shared lots of thing, about my family, career.But I would like share my struggle story to find a job.I have been working in NIC & Sangtech technologies with out any stipend or salary and the duration was 16 months. After 19 months and after 19 months I got 7500.So moral is keep trying.

Current and Previous Responsibilities

•Study of the requirements and accordingly preparation of the deliverable
•Involve in designing and execution of test cases based on different releases and new features,Functional, Integration and Regression Testing (Black Box Testing),Reporting and Tracking of Bug.
•Test the product.

The Journey So Far

As i have told you that,I have started my career in QA/Testing industry in 2010 and before join this industry I have been working in NIC & Sangtech technologies.

Role Model

My roll model is my Father and my fried(Faizan) and I like the dedication to work, to sport, to any kind of work which he wants to do or which he can do. Both are very polite, very intelligent or I can say brilliant.

Most Important Lessons

Be polite with team members.Motivate the team members and always try to do your best. But most important thing do not play politic with your colleague.

Tech trends to watch out for

I have learned so many technologies or we can say terminology which helps me to explore my knowledge. But we should not be a technology specific or bound to any technology.

Plans for the Future

Well, After couple of years from now....at some point when I look back at my career graph and feel proud.

Currently I am working as a Software Test Engineer.

Essential Advice

Testing requires a different mindset than programming, and in many ways I think all programmers would benefit from spending some time as a tester. As a tester with programming experience, you would be able to automate much of what you do--making you more efficient.

Areas for the Future

Should have a good communication skill.
Should have Domain knowledge.
Should able motivate the team member and appropriates if they do good work.It is very important because it gives a zeal to do work.
Be polite and sincere to the company,job and work.
Love your job.
