The Decisions That Matter

The Journey So Far:
Starting as supervisor and reaching on to my presentation was a step wise rise, this greatly enhanced capability to connect to one and all. There's always some gap between what top executives perceives and what ground realty is. Corporate world is more sophisticated and less productive while opposite is the case as you move down the line. I want to be simple and realistic as i move ahead in corporate setup.
Plans For The Future:
Connected to at least 10 times more people then what i'm connected at present.

Family Background
Extremely humble background, Farmers to be precise, Father moved to city and got a govt. job, Mother kept house in order. Now I'm Married to a dentist and My younger brother is following my footsteps. Together we complete each other.

Don't compromise quality of job over payout.
Growth Strategy:
I make sure that i complete at-least one study course every year to keep my learning curve going. I try and connect to leader's of different arena to take cues from their professional life. Also, I read.
Role Model:
My Father and Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam - Because from their life's journey, I learnt that If you have a goal in mind and will to get to it, nobody can stop you.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
My personality has transformed completely. Interaction style, content of talks, even dressing sense, but this is what nature is all about - it changes continuously and I'm part of nature. What really makes me happy is that I changed for good.

Apply PDCA for my KRA's and I stick to my commitments.
Career Profile:
I'm involved with 19 companies and 51 locations while it was just one company and 8 related location earlier. scope has increased and so has the responsibilities. Present role have multiple stakeholders which was not the case in last assignment.

I get to meet people 10 times more than what i used to meet earlier. Summing up, its a much larger picture that im part of now then what i used to be.
