expanding to other cities across the country. The Website was made Live on 21st
June, 2012

Risks involved in business and way of addressing
As every Business
involves Risk Factor, our Industries also involve one. The Biggest & the
most horrifying Risk we have is : “According to sources, every year there are
more than 13Cr. E-Commerce website designed and made Live for public in India.”This
year, we are one of those 13Cr. websites, but the only solution of being into
Top 10 is to Be- Unique & Invest Money in Hard-Core Marketing.  We are in this industry to just make a Brand.

Faith in God motivates me always, there were
times when the revenue generation from the website was ZERO. Having just a
simple thought & believe in God, that one day many “Zero (s)” will follow

Unique about my way of motivating troops

Motivation is just a satisfaction of mind. Do
anything which satisfies your mind & heart. I’m a Big Foodie. Food always
motivates me. I think sitting in motivational lectures is not my cup of tea.

Way of choosing my people

I think my rate of selection would be the poorest
in the industry. I ROS of mine is around 1/16.I always rate people by their
cheeky IQ. Knowledge is a part of CV & I personally not considers it.

The challenges and lessons learnt to get first customer

The first customer of mine was a restaurant owner
whose restaurant was near my place. At that time, I was doing test marketing,
all by the grace of God, he gave me the deal without seeing the website. That
was the biggest motivation which gave me the power to execute

Experience of reaching out to potential investors

As I’m new to this industry, the experience which
I have is very small. So, commenting on this question is a bit difficult for me
right now.

My role at different dimensions as the company evolved

I always treated my staff as a family, & I
would like to comment that, my staff does 100 times better work than me. My
role is to just bind the team & work as one.

As a leader how I make sure that I am connecting the right dots

As my business is very transparent, if we does
any new thing & people react to it, then we assume that we are doing right.
Our goal is to provide with best service to general people at the lowest price.

These are words are very heavy & big for me
