Advice For Fellow HR Leaders:
Human leaders are the people who interact with human beings try and understand their needs and resolve their problems in most cases. They take several activity to educate their employees and try to make their organisation grow as well as employees in that organisation feel good as a part of that organisation. So request all HR leaders in HR should be fair and deal without predispositions. Treat all the employee same way as they are cotributing according to their job.Be around with each employee and get new ideas for making beautiful organisation and slowly contribute towards society development.
HR Challenges:
There will be a hue and cry from employees for laid down of jobs etc. But laid down is not for unsucess of human resources. The dicision of employer and profit growth needs to be understood 1st. Expectations would be for any invenstor. If the employer needs to diversify his business then we need to understand what kino understand of people required and who would contribute more. Then slowly we need to plan change management need to understand where we are and where we want to be in given time.Then value, knowledge, norms, roles,educationa, etc come to the picture and what kind of upgradation needs to be done so that we have best employees and we can attain our goal smoothly.There would be huge expenditure on several things as we planned change in business.
Relationship with HR and Top Management
CEO is the captain of the ship. He has a vision and mission for his ship. HR department understand that well can measure and guide the other department and employee to achieve the captain's mission. HR department prepares all that support needs to be given to CEO for achieving the goal or other way HR helps translate and educate people through varies ways to make the employees understand the rols of them selves and deliver ontime.So HR prepare a measurable indicator for each employee and evaluate them on timely basis. So one way HR playes a big role in CEO's achievement.
Recommended Reading
It is point less which is a bible for me would not be a bible for you. My suggestion is book give theoritical value which may not be always very appropriate but they need to read and understand the basic of HR and its practices. Once the basic is strong then can be sucessful in their work.
Pain Points:
I need to tell other way round.If we are true to work we need to tell truth in every aspect.we should not bend down infront of others, if know the right directions we need to advise for the best of organisation. Our one deal may bring bad rappo to the market. So be honest and polite always.

my poilcy is simple as i get a requirement i need every thing in black and white 1st. Then my work is to find best suitable candidates without much delay. we match the JD and the experience of the candidates then we call them for interview. They should be trustworthy, honest and leadership quality is in them.We are hiring a leader to the orgaisation who can lead for long.
Identifying and Promoting New Leaders:
That is very simple,the work they do and deliver is most important. Manager can get the work from his/her suboordinate but while presenting that he should talk confidently with all pro and cons be clear to him. One who is leader he see cons 1st then work on the pro factor where he has sttudied well the job task assigned to him and knows his/her deliverables with time factors.He will argue and show the facts as he is
not afraid of the task and done his duty quite well keeping the orhanisational goal in his mind.He behaves well with other staffs , being gentle in nature and quite admired for the work by his team mates.

The brand value, Transformational HR,keeping them selves abridged with other competitors, Formulate best value system in the organisation.Employee welfare and reward & recognition programs. to my knowledge these would be the trends social performance ... apps, evaluation and purchase tips, implementation,upgrade best practic in human resources along with cost cutting will be there always.
Improving Education system
Education is not primarily for Job. Basic understanding about everything and adjust to the situation is important. Education in a bookish way does not help rather one has to have analytical abilty, which he/she could use in every aspect of life. The most important in education is how do they apply that same rule on your self. Step into other's shoes may not be very comfortable but stepping into others shoes and accepting the challenges be more inetresting. Once you accpet the challenge and proved, your knowledge and experience would make you more comfortable to accept more challenges in life for better.Education in our life should be life long.

HR department now a days has worked on the retaintion of best employee and educate them for future. So they being treated well as best value in the organisation and moreover HR is proactive now days.

This leadership development helped as they were given highre education and they being upgraded with various practices in the world help them becoming more transformation what they were. They see and analyse and act closely with the team to achive the goal of the Organisation. They being provided with different counsel as well now a days. Who assist them to work in very efficient and productive way.The result has been very good.
Helping to develop the country
oThere are several things need to be done to see India a developed country. We seek education that is true and how discipline are we to practice in our daily life. It is very easy to fool others but do you ever realise what good you have done by making feel others are fool and do you want show you are most intelligent person on the earth (Then that indicate you). As we have created the best brand value in the market people will be atrracted towards us and try to be with a profit making team always. What we need to do from HR point view is keep the best employee practice in the organisation. Where people will work feel good in every aspect. HR department would not over look or entertain anybody getting a wrong practice to the organisation. There would be specific councelling for mat which need to be filled and signed by the employee for any nonactivity. Then action would be decided by a paneel of judges looking into the severity of the conduct.
