Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

I am D.Das. I am the only son of my parents. My father is an engineer and mother is postgraduate and housewife. Both inspired me to become an engineer.

Degrees That Matter:

I would like to recommend engineering and MBA for the career I chosen. I am an entrepreneur and an engineer. My experience and engineering studies helped me to propagate through the hurdles of sustainability and growth of Auto Hub India.

Changes In The Professional Environment:

Indian market is not stable and changes now and then. Everyday comes up with new and interesting challenges. 4 years back when I have conceptualized and started Auto Hub India(India's first automobile consultations, solutions and services provider)the challenges then were different than present.

Plans For The Future:

The domain Auto Hub India is in at present do have lots of opportunities at present and future. We are looking forward to become an auto industry solutions, consultations and support system in couple of years. We entertain users and businessman alike with our services and solutions.

Career Profile:

At present I am handling management,strategies,technology and branding end of Auto Hub India. We being a start up enterprise most of our team members do multitasking.

Prized Accomplishment(s):

I being an entrepreneur am unable to be proud of any accomplishments, because I believe that pride leads to low performance and hinder the path to a targeted goal which I too far from me now. Though I feel happy that Auto Hub India is India's first of its kind and all our clients are satisfied.

The Journey So Far:

I have started my career as an engineer in Tata group. Then joined Cossacs(marketing company)and then Maruti Suzuki Dealership chain. After that I felt like automobile industry do need a consultations, solutions and services provider which can help to make it better for both users and entrepreneurs.

Working Life Management:

My family is the support system of my work. My parents and my wife always encourage me for my work and always try to help me make it better. Still I always try to keep sometime to be with my family everyday to spend a quality time with them as much as possible.

Role Model:

There are two role models in my life who always inspire me---My Mother and Father. My father inspire me to become professional and hardworking as he always is and my mother inspire me to handle various ups and downs of life is a healthy and successful way with smile on face.

Growth Strategy:

I believe that learning, dedication and innovations are three major ways through which a person can grow in professional life. So I always do that and they will help me to grow and develop as leader.

Advice For New Professionals:

I would like to suggest them that be a hardworker, do your job with complete dedication and honesty and dont ever think of what compensation you will get at the end of the work you are doing. Then you will succeed in your job and will have utmost satisfaction irrespective to others appreciation

I will try to learn all those things which I have missed till now, including the the ones which I know now.

India is a country with lots of opportunities for new engineers and professionals. So I would like to request all new professionals to stay here in India and give your best to the development of our country rather than working at any other country out of India. We can gain lots of goals here itself
