*Father - The first batch of Indian Cost accountants spent over 40 years in the coal industry and retired as the Director Finance of National Coal Development Corpn Ltd. * My Mother and my wife are home makers .

Working Life Management:

* My philosophy is work hard and enjoy hard.
* Actively participate in Social Service through Rotary.

The Decisions That Matter

* To cash in an opportunity to reorient myself from the role of a technocrat to that of a manager in 1987 at HCL. This was a difficult decision.
* To take up the ownership of a Profit Center at Xerox under an extremely challenging situation. This decision paid off.

Other Thoughts:

* Eagerly looking forward for consulting assignments wherin I can deploy my operational management skills to help SMEs and startups perform to the expectation of their stakeholders and specially the investors/VCs

* You need to be passionate towards your work
* Use every task as a learning opportunity
* Understand the business requirements - treat your employer as your partner
* Try to be the best in whatever work you do - always use best practices
* Keep Smiling, Work Hard and Enjoy Hard
