Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

Mom and Dad are from teaching professional and me coming from this background gave me passion and learning from their experience made me feel one day I will be a trainer or a teacher and here I am.

The Journey So Far:

Happened to work with few good companies and with excellent colleagues, each company was different and experience was too good to remember for a life time. Ergo Systems was my first company and worked with them for 3 years, then Freelance trainer, and with Infinite Computer Solutions as Sr. Trainer and couple bad experience as well but still got to keep my thirst towards my job and keep moving has made me successful

Done Differently:

If I had a chance to start over again I would never commit the same mistakes again what I committed before and talking about doing differently is yes of course a challenge but this time would have more patience to learn and question more rather assuming few things..

Working Life Management:

Well simple rule leave the monkey behind...

Grow with the company, for the employer, to the employer and by the employer

Job Profile:

Basically I trained myself with a role named as trainer with my experience and things I learnt from my previous experience I share with people and let them grow in their particular job role for experience Team Work, Motivation, Basic Communication almost all the skills required to manage both life

Each session I complete I am proud to see the crowds reaction however it keeps me search for something bigger so that i really feel proud for my life time...

Yes I would like to do as much as certification programs where no one question me of my capability.

Career Profile:

Training, Need analysis, work implementation, module creation, designing of projects, helping team members grow. Which ever place I have worked I have maintained same work style except my Job role..

Changes In The Professional Environment:

Alot, I used to think how a training should be and what keeps the trainees keep them going for 8 hours, what all I expected everything is available now and I am ready to be a trainer
