Current Job description
i am working as national manager for installation.
my role is to role out strategy to develop productivity with quality and safety to reach the yearly budget installations.
Excellence in Management
We have developed safety culture to eliminate accident and incident at work place and developed ways to increase the productivity of work force.
we also high light ways to meet the budget and deal with non performers.
Team Management
Its a collaborative environment we develop and bring in passion for performance amoung the team members to excel in customer satisfaction.

our ex MD was the person who influenced more to develop attitude,the way to work etc amoung us.
Family background
My wife is a school maths teacher and i have a son doing engineering in aeronatics and my daugter is in 4 th standard.

We nurture our team contentiously to get the most out of them with remands and awards and with motivation, when they grow , we tend to grow.

We have pdp process to evaluate the performers and to recognize them and award them.
year objectives are clearly spelled with the team during the beginning of the year along with there development plan and training need identified with this process.
My advice
no one is useless , they are used less.
use your team to extend your goals 120% as a company.
Tech Management matters more on
Technical managers should develop there team to handle on there own with there technical issues.
they should involve them self to find out root cause to mitigate the long pending technical issues no that they do not repeat and the same is taken care during development of new product.
they should be involved during pilot of new products.
Managing personal and professional life
accept mistakes , find ways not to repeat again.
Leadership qualities
listening, mentoring, motivating,use authority when required.
My views on India Technical development
Our acceptance level in quality standards are very poor . need to improve the same .
spend more on R&D to develop new products.
