Simple but practically very difficult to prove yourself as separate person in a organization.

Hi friends, I am working as a Project Lead at Panzer technologies now.
I have completed my MSc Applied Electronics @2006.
One of my best friend suggested me to learn the PHP.
He is the best learner now also, that attitude inspired me a lot.
Most of the time he forced me to do this and that, on that time got angry on him because he forced me that much.
He is a best motivator also for me.
I was the good student at the time of school and junior college level.
But some situation made me down at the time of graduation.
By the grace of God I am continue in this industry.
So many ups and downs in my life, not only my life in everyone's life.
