Challenges in job
Yes i was in Supply Chain from last 8 years. From last 2 months i got a    opportunity to work in Global Sales Planning. In supply chain i was only aware of development costing and transportation. This new change is giving me a platform to learn about liaison, vehicles movement and global transportation system. This was missing in my learning. This will make me as a person of Supply Chain and Logistics plus a team leader who can think towards sky.

Job made easy
My senior guidance, junior support, working environment and new challenges are making my job easy.

Upcoming Trends
New entrance of global truck players there working style and Company vision of Be in Top 10 Truck makers and Top 5 bus makers will be a game changer. Plus the way ARAI and Government is deciding the norms is making a total new way for the same.

My point of view
In our country the basic problem is there platform is missing. Compensation are also less for the people who are into development type of activity . Second we are not able to give the facilities which Europe/US / China  is providing. Also current education standard is quite good to make clerks not an Leader or developers.

My goals
I am planning to open a school for poor kids where they can learn. Second want to open an shelter home for pets who are having disability. Ambitions are quite less.

family background
Yes, In my family Mom Dad and 2 sisters(pets excluded are there). Dad is working as Sr. Manager Finance in Valley Iron Steel Ltd. He is an MCom. both sisters are well educated, one is working as Jr. Professor in Engg College Jaipur. She has completed her BE, MBA, MTech. Second one is BSc and MBA. She is working with Italian MNC in NCR. Both are younger to me. Mom is a housewife.

Advice to professionals
If he is joining supply chain he need to learn how to read drawing what is the way of costing. What are the process of Manufacturing. If he is coming into Sales Infra then he need to know how to do negotiation, and he need to learn things fast by going into the depth. Not to do is that he never need cheat the company by doing wrong practice.

Advice to students
I am the Alumni President of my college Gyan Vihar Universe Jaipur. My advice to them is they need to learn more then the books ie practical knowledge plus they need to be down to earth, and they should have a hungry of new knowledge and practice.
